About Wildflower Physiotherapy

Wildflower Physiotherapy is dedicated to supporting women through every season of life. I understand that each stage brings unique challenges, from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to pelvic health concerns and maintaining strength and wellbeing as life changes.

Through personalised women’s health physiotherapy, pelvic health assessments, and Pilates, I provide evidence-based care designed to improve symptoms, build strength, and help you feel confident and empowered in your body.

Wildflowers represent beauty, freedom and resilience because they often grow in difficult environments - reflecting perseverance and thriving despite adversity.

For my patients, this mirrors the reality that people often seek physiotherapy &/or pilates after challenging experiences such as:

  • Childbirth

  • Chronic Pain

  • Surgery

  • Trauma

  • Long-term pelvic floor dysfunction.

It helps to serve as a daily reminder that every journey is unique, and not one person is the same.
